Standard New Client Referral rate is 10% of billed invoice with a maximum of $100.
1) Anyone is eligible to receive a referral bonus.
2) You can NOT receive a referral bonus if you refer yourself, your business, your organization, your non-profit, or any
institution in which you reside on the board of trustees/directors, are a salaried manager of, or have a vested interest in
the business/organization.
3) If you refer a non-profit the non-profit will receive the standard referral bonus in the form of a credit on the final invoice.
There will be NO Bonus Check for the referrer.
4) The individual, business, organization, or non-profit being referred must mention who referred them (before the contract is
signed) and provide a valid phone number for the person who referred them.
5) In order to receive the bonus for the referral, the invoice must first be paid in full.
6) As long as the Referral Program is in place, there is no limit to the number of referral bonuses you can receive.
7) Every effort will be made by Daniel Drake Photography to pay the referral bonus, however Daniel Drake Photography will in
no way liable for bad contact information or wrong phone numbers.
8) Daniel Drake Photography is not responsible for keeping up with service credits, however every effort will be made to keep
track of credits. It is highly recommended that in the event you want to convert your bonus into a service credit you sign
a service contract as quickly as possible. You are still responsible for paying the deposit at the time the contract is
signed. The Credit will be applied to the final payment.
9) In the event that an invoice is $0, due to a scholarship or free services(no matter the reason), it will be at the sole discretion
of Daniel Drake Photography as to whether or not a bonus will be issued (If a bonus is issued, it does not have to
conform to the standard 10% bonus rate).
10) In NO case, is there any liability on Daniel Drake Photography in the event a bonus is not paid. Every possible effort will be
made in goodwill to fulfill the Referral Program. The Referral Program is a thank you to anyone sending business to
Daniel Drake Photography. This program in no way is an endorsement of any individual, business, organization, or nonprofit.
Daniel Drake Photography does NOT discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age,
or disability. This is NOT a contract between Daniel Drake Photography and anyone who refers business to Daniel
Drake Photography. There shall be NO legal proceedings regarding this program. In the event of any discrepancies, a
decision will be made by Daniel Drake Photography and that decision will be FINAL. NO money is withheld for taxes.
You are responsible for any Federal, State, or Local liability on the money. By endorsing a bonus check you agree to
these terms. In the event the bonus check is turned into a service credit, by signing the photography services contract and payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms. Should these terms change, preprinted copies of
this program will not be honored. Only the current program details on the website will be the honored terms. These
terms are subject to change without notice.
